  • User agrees to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any other user’s account, Website any portion or feature of the Website, any other systems or networks connected to the Website, or any computer resource / servers, of Cre8auto connected with the Website to provide the services. You shall not access the website, features or any of the services offered on or through the website, by hacking, password mining or any other illegitimate means or through automated means including robot, deep link, page scrape etc.
  • Uses the Website or content for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by the agreement, or to solicit the performance of any illegal activity or other activity which infringes the rights of Cre8auto or other third parties;

Cre8auto  reserves the right to remove infringer content, listing or block him permanently after two warnings.

Governing law & jurisdiction

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of U.S.A.

Compensation

You will compensate us in full (and our officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures, and employees) for any losses or costs, including reasonable legal fees, we incur arising out of any breach by you of this user agreement, your improper use of Cre8auto services or your breach of any law or the rights of a third party.

Legal disputes

If a dispute arises between you and Cre8auto , we strongly encourage you to first contact us directly to seek a resolution by contacting Shon@cre8auto.com We will consider reasonable requests to resolve the dispute through alternative dispute resolution procedures, such as mediation or arbitration, as alternatives to litigation. Any claim, dispute or matter arising under or in connection with this user agreement shall be governed and construed in all respects by the laws of U.S.A.

General

If any provision or clause of this user agreement is held to be invalid, void or for any reason unenforceable, such provision shall be struck out and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

The headings in this agreement for reference are solely used for convenience and shall not have any legal or contractual significance or do not limit the scope or extent of such section.

Our failure to act with respect to a breach by you or others does not waive our right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches. 

If you have a dispute with one or more users, you release us (and our affiliates and subsidiaries, and our and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents) from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.

We may amend this user agreement at any time by posting the amended terms on  Cre8auto.org All amended terms shall automatically be effective immediately. Your continued use of our services after the effective date of these amended terms constitutes your acceptance of them.

Cre8auto always ensures that listed items do not infringe upon the copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights of third parties. If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been infringed, please notify us on Shon@cre8auto.com and we will investigate.

Cre8auto shall not be liable for any loss suffered by the other party or be deemed to be in default for any delays or failures in performance hereunder resulting from acts or causes beyond its reasonable control or from any acts of God, acts or regulations of any governmental or supranational authority.

The user agreement and all policies posted on our site are the entire agreement between you and Cre8auto _ and supersede all prior understandings and agreements of the parties.
